eTenderBox Registration
In order to be able to download tender documents, companies need to register with eTenderBox.
- Select “Create Account” from the menu under My Account on the left hand side.
- Complete the form, please note a number of fields are compulsory, please ensure that the Organisation name used is the registered name of the company. Once complete select “Create Account”.
- Please note, the email entered will be used for all eTenderBox correspondence
- A message will appear indicating you have successfully registered and notify you that an email has been sent to you with instructions on how to complete the registration process.
- When you receive the email, click the verification hyperlink to complete the registration
Downloading Tender Documents
- To download the documents for a tender, select the tender of interest and at the next screen select “Register as a Respondent”, read the terms and conditions.
- Once registered for the tender, select “Documents” from the tab at the top and then select “Click here to download all Documents.
- Should Council issue any Addenda, you will receive notification to your email address.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password to eTenderBox, you are able to obtain a new password using the "Forgot Password" function.
- Select "Login" under "My Account" in the menu of the left side
- Select "If you have forgotten your password click here".
- At the next screen, enter you email address and select "Send password information"
Please note: Your email address must match the one used to initially register on the eTenderBox.
Subscription Service
Companies registered with eTenderBox are able to set up a subscription service to received notifications when Ballina Shire Council posts new tenders to the site.
- Login to eTenderBox using your registered email address and password and select “My Subscriptions” on the menu bar at the top of the home screen.
- Select “Click here to add a new RFx Subscription”
- It is recommended that users select “Subscribe to all Ballina Shire Council RFx's” rather than using the UNSPC category. The UNSPC category can be difficult to negotiate.
- Enter an “Alert Expiry Date” – use a date well into the future to ensure continued alerts.
- Select “Add Alert” to receive notifications.
